There are two types of agreements. One is specific for the renting and the other is for the downloads. MANDOMARTIS GAME RENT LICENSE AGREEMENT You should carefully read the following
terms and conditions before using this
software package.
Your use of this software package indicates your
acceptance of this license agreement.
This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement")
between you (either an individual or an entity)
and Mandomartis Company ("Mandomartis"). This
Agreement is part of a software package that
includes a Java(TM) game applet with the highscore
system, AU sound files and JPEG or GIF image files
(hereby called "THE GAME") and certain written
materials.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
Mandomartis hereby grants you a time-limited
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use one copy of this Software.
This grant of license gives the purchaser
the right to use THE GAME on ONE of your
web sites for a limited time. Additional
licenses must be purchased for more web sites.
You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse
engineer THE GAME, and you may not create
derivative works of the THE GAME. You may
modify, translate or adapt the HTML code
except for the content of the parameters "exp"
and "hostXX", where XX is a number. You are not
granted any right, title, or interest in the
THE GAME except the right to use it in accordance
with this Agreement.
2. WARRANTY.
THE GAME and the accompanying files are provided
"AS IS," without a warranty of any kind.
3. COPYRIGHT
THE GAME is owned by Mandomartis and is
protected by Swedish copyright law and
international treaty provisions.
4. TERMINATION
This license is terminated when the rent
period expires. This rent period is given to you
by Mandomartis and is specified on your purchase
order. You may terminate the license at any time
by destroying and removing from your
web site all copies of the THE GAME
and its components. The license will terminate
immediately without notice from Mandomartis
if you fail to comply with any provision
of this license. Upon termination,
you must destroy all copies of THE GAME
and its components on any and all forms of media.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL MANDOMARTIS OR ITS SUPPLIERS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT, OR
FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES HOW EVER CAUSED
AND REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME,
EVEN IF MANDOMARTIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is made under, shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with, the
laws of Sweden.
7. TAXES
You agree to be responsible for and to pay,
and to reimburse Mandomartis on request if
Mandomartis is required to pay, any sales,
use, or other tax (excluding any tax that
is based on Mandomartis' net income),
assessment, duty, tariff, or other fee
or charge of any kind or nature that is
levied or imposed by any governmental
authority on your rent of THE GAME.
MANDOMARTIS FREEWARE GAME LICENSE AGREEMENT You should carefully read the following
terms and conditions before using this
software package.

Mandomartis hereby grants you a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use one copy of this Software.
This grant of license gives the right to use
THE GAME locally on your computer. The contents
of the THE GAME ZIP file may not be displayed
on the Internet or CDROM media and similar.
You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse
engineer THE GAME, and you may not create
derivative works of the THE GAME. You may
modify, translate or adapt the HTML code. You are not
granted any right, title, or interest in the
THE GAME except the right to use it in accordance
with this Agreement.
2. REDISTRIBUTION
Redistribution of THE GAME ZIP file is allowed
by shareware and freeware sites or CDROM media
and similar without the permission of Mandomartis.
Redistribution for commercial purposes or reselling
is not allowed.
3. WARRANTY.
THE GAME and the accompanying files are provided
"AS IS," without a warranty of any kind.
4. COPYRIGHT
THE GAME is owned by Mandomartis and is
protected by Swedish copyright law and
international treaty provisions.

The license will terminate immediately
without notice from Mandomartis
