This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement")

between you (either an individual or an entity)

and Mandomartis Company ("Mandomartis"). This

Agreement is part of a software package that

includes an Anibal's Violent Playground Java(TM) applet 

with AU sound files and JPEG or GIF image files 

(hereby called "THE APPLET") and certain written 

materials. THE APPLET is packaged in ZIP file format.



1. GRANT OF LICENSE.



Mandomartis hereby grants you a

personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable

license to use one copy of this Software.

This grant of license gives the right to use

THE APPLET on a web site or on your computer. 

The contents of the THE APPLET ZIP file may 

be displayed on the Internet or included in 

non-commercial CDROM media and similar.

You MAY NOT use THE APPLET to target or slander

individual persons or entities for their political or

religious beliefs, racial appearance, sexuality, 

ethnical background or physical/mental disabilities.

You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse

engineer THE APPLET, and you may not create

derivative works of the THE APPLET. You may

modify, translate or adapt the HTML code. You are not

granted any right, title, or interest in the

THE APPLET except the right to use it in accordance

with this Agreement.



2. REDISTRIBUTION



Redistribution of THE APPLET ZIP file is allowed

by shareware and freeware sites or CDROM media

and similar without the permission of Mandomartis.

Redistribution for commercial purposes or reselling

is not allowed.



3. WARRANTY.



THE APPLET and the accompanying files are provided

"AS IS," without a warranty of any kind.



4. COPYRIGHT



THE APPLET is owned by Mandomartis and is

protected by Swedish copyright law and

international treaty provisions.



5. TERMINATION



The license will terminate immediately 

without notice from Mandomartis

if you fail to comply with any provision

of this license. Upon termination,

you must destroy all copies of THE APPLET

and its components on any and all forms of media.



6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



IN NO EVENT WILL MANDOMARTIS OR ITS SUPPLIERS

BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT, OR

FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,

INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED

AND REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING

OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLET,

EVEN IF MANDOMARTIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE

POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.



7. GOVERNING LAW



This agreement is made under, shall be governed

by and construed in accordance with, the

laws of Sweden.



 

Note the first paragraph concerning the use of these applets. If your intention is to use these applets to attack specific people or companies for malicious reasons, then you are in serious breach with this agreement. These applets are intended to be used for positive non-malicious purposes only. Due to the violent nature of some of these applets, for some of tem we recommend placing a disclaimer in each site that these applets are used, which should warn parents and children.
